In response to the COVID-19 pandemic all Geninc Franchises have temporarily suspended field activity.

We have implemented a ‘COVID-19 Code of Practice’ to help safeguard the wellbeing of Brand Ambassadors, members of the public and Franchise staff when field activity restarts.

This ‘Code of Practice’ includes guidelines on hygiene, social distancing and sanitisation based on the most recent government advice. The guidelines will be regularly reviewed to ensure they are in line with current best practice.
