A true lover of human contact, Victor took advantage of his qualities to grow and train with Geninc. After several years in the field, and coaching other Brand Ambassadors in Marseille, he is celebrating the opening of his first franchise in Rennes!
Your background before becoming a brand ambassador?
My school years were a bit chaotic. I was pretty good at school, but really not disciplined. I started playing sports and really enjoyed it. I played handball for 15 years. I was even considering a career in it until I had a back injury. I had to put the sport on hold and focus on other things. As I am very sociable, I started studying international business, up to the Master’s degree which I obtained. This led me to travel a lot and to live in Madrid for 6 months. After that, I didn’t know what to do, but I knew I wanted a job that would allow me to travel and meet people, so. I decided to work in the event industry, but it didn’t suit me, as the pay wasn’t enough either, and there was no opportunity for me to grow.

Your experience as a Brand Ambassador?
A friend told me about Geninc. I was skeptical at first but curious to learn more. And then when I got there, I really realized the opportunity.
You meet so many inspiring people every day! It made me want to push myself and give everything in the field. The results came quickly, as I became a very good salesman.. The great thing about Geninc is that there is no cap on our sales and no fixed hours either. Sometimes I would only go to the field 3-4 days a week to reach my goal and that was enough. And beyond that, we have a lot of opportunities: the possibility to evolve, as a coach and now as a franchisee for me. But also all the social nights, the trips, the meetups… There is a real atmosphere!

What will change now that you are a franchisee?
It’s exciting and challenging! I feel like I’m opening a box of legos:
I organize, create, start over, modify. I’m happy to be able to make my own decisions, to choose my own direction and to have the responsibilities that I have. I am aware that this will be useful in everything I might undertake in my professional life, as a business owner, but it will always be useful to me on a social level as well.
I have already changed and grown a lot since I started. Today I have a bigger vision.
I am more disciplined, more rigorous, but also more serious and professional. I am really grateful for this opportunity. I intend to offer it to as many people as possible, and to support and advise the people who I’m going to coach.

Your goal? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I have many up my sleeve! I plan to open offices in the United States to participate in the international expansion of the Geninc opportunity. I also plan to market other products, such as local products. I would also like to invest in real estate, open kitesurfing schools and run events again. I really want to make people dream, to make the impossible possible. And then, on a more personal level, I would also like to start a family.

3 pieces of advice to a future franchisee?
- Persevere, don’t give up, everything comes with time.
- Everyone is different, never compare yourself to others, only to yourself and your own evolution.
- Life is beautiful, enjoy it, don’t get down on futile problems, be positive.
